Returns & Exchange Policy

At Deluxe Electricals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchange guidelines below.

🇦🇪 Returns & Exchanges — UAE Orders

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Both the outer packaging and any inner packaging must remain unopened and intact.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your invoice or order number, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Installed or used products

  • Products where the outer packaging has been opened, damaged, removed, or tampered with

  • Products where the inner packaging, seal, protective wrapping, or individual product packaging has been opened or removed

  • Products that are no longer in their original packaging or are not in resalable condition

  • Cables and wires sold or cut by the metre

  • Any cable, wire, or similar product that has been cut to a customer-requested length

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and provide your order number along with the details of your request.

Once your return has been approved, our team will arrange free collection within the UAE, normally within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items — UAE Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue so our team can assist you quickly.

After reviewing the request, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

International Orders

Returns and exchanges are currently not available for orders delivered outside the UAE due to international shipping and customs constraints.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product specifications, dimensions, ratings, compatibility information, and application requirements carefully before placing an international order.
