E27, E14, G4 or G13 — which cap do I need?
The cap decides whether a lamp fits at all. E27 is the large screw base in most UAE ceiling roses and pendants, and takes the Essential bulbs and the TrueForce Core high-bay lamp. E14 is the small screw base for chandeliers and candle lamps. G4 is the two-pin 12V capsule used in cabinet and cove work. G13 is the bi-pin tube base — both the LED tube and the fluorescent tubes here use it, and they are not interchangeable in every fitting.
3000K, 4000K or 6500K — picking a Philips colour temperature
3000K warm white reads yellow and suits bedrooms, majlis and hospitality interiors. 6500K cool daylight dominates kitchens, bathrooms, corridors and workshops. 4000K sits between them and appears here on the 38W panel and the 16W batten. Mixing temperatures in one room is the commonest regret after a lamp change, so redo a room at once where you can.
What covers outdoor and high-ceiling spaces?

Compare lumens rather than watts when replacing an LED, and leave any fitting wired into the mains to a licensed electrician.
